Inokashira Goro (played by Matsushige Toyo), who is engaged in the sales of imported groceries, is a foodie who likes to taste delicious food everywhere in his spare time. As soon as one gets hungry, they will uphold the belief of "eating is the emperor's greatest" and abandon everything to go straight to the surrounding restaurants and cafeterias to feast. He loves to enjoy the wonderful time of not being disturbed during meals, savoring the food carefully, and even more so, he loves to talk to himself and taste the food in his heart. This time, he received a commission from his ex girlfriend's daughter, Qianqiu (played by Xing), to visit Qianqiu's grandfather Ichiro (played by Yanmi Sansei) in France and help Ichiro find the recipe for the soup he drank in his childhood. Despite the scarcity of clues, Goro still embarked on a journey to find the "Ultimate Soup Head", with footprints throughout France, South Korea, Nagasaki, and Tokyo. However, during this journey, he unexpectedly got caught up in a bigger storm.
